- 4 tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1 cucumber, seeded and chopped
- 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and diced
- 1 (5 ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked
- 3 tablespoons prepared basil pesto
- In a medium bowl, toss together the tomatoes, cucumber, apple and tuna. Stir in the basil pesto until everything is evenly coated. Serve immediately, or chill until serving.
