- 1 pound vermicelli pasta
- 1 pound cooked shrimp
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
- Toss cooled pasta with cooked shrimp, celery, parsley, garlic, thyme, mayonnaise, Parmesan, salt and pepper. Chill before serving.
