Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados from Mexico, peeled and pitted
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon low-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 slices cinnamon bread


Directions

  1. Combine avocados, cinnamon, cream cheese and honey in a blender; blend until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  3. Spread on cinnamon bread, or any bread or bagel of your choice.
