- 2 cups water
- 1 cup dry lentils
- 1 pinch salt, or to taste
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons white sugar
- 1/2 cup finely chopped radishes
- Combine water, lentils, and salt in a saucepan. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; stir in balsamic vinegar and sugar. Cover and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until lentils are tender, about 20 minutes.
- Transfer lentils to a bowl. Add radishes; toss to combine.
