- 3 bananas, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 (13.25 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
- 2 red apples, cored and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 Granny Smith apples, cored and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into chunks
- 3 oranges - peeled, segmented, and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tangerines, peeled and segmented
- 1 cup mayonnaise (such as Hellmann's® or Best Foods®)
- 1 (4 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained and juice reserved
- 1/2 (8 ounce) package chopped walnuts, or to taste
- 1/2 cup chopped celery, or more to taste
- 1/2 (3.5 ounce) package sweetened flaked coconut, or more to taste
- Stir bananas, pineapple chunks, red apples, Granny Smith apples, kiwi fruit, oranges, tangerines, mayonnaise, maraschino cherries, walnuts, celery, and coconut together in a large bowl to evenly mix. Pour reserved cherry juice over the mixture and stir. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled, about 30 minutes.
