- 4 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1/4 cup minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 cup diced English cucumber
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 1/2 tablespoons red pepper flakes
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- Combine avocados, garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl; mash into a paste using a fork or spoon. Mix in yogurt and sour cream. Stir in cucumber, mint, dill, cilantro, red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
