- 2 ripe avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 heads Bibb lettuce, leaves separated
- Mix mashed avocados, lime juice, basil, garlic salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Add chicken, raisins, and walnuts to avocado mixture and stir until evenly coated. Spoon chicken mixture into lettuce leaves and roll leaves around filling.
