- 2 ripe bananas, peeled and frozen overnight
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cardamom
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 cups spinach leaves
- 1 (1 gram) packet stevia powder (optional)
