- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
- Mix Cheddar cheese, Neufchatel cheese, parsley, lemon juice, onion, liquid smoke flavoring, Worcestershire sauce, and salt together in a bowl; shape into a ball.
- Spread hazelnuts onto a plate. Roll cheese ball in hazelnuts to coat.
