Motor City Coney Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 (1.31 ounce) package McCormick® Sloppy Joe Seasoning Mix
  • 1 cup Kitchen Basics® Original Beef Stock
  • 1 cup tomato-vegetable juice (such as V8®)
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped white onion


Directions

  1. Brown ground beef in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat.
  2. Stir in Seasoning Mix, stock, tomato juice and mustard. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with onion. Serve with waffle fries.
