Ingredients

  • 4 apples, sliced
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup self-rising flour
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat margarine (such as Light Parkay®)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Spread apple slices into an 8-inch square pan.
  3. Mix brown sugar, flour, margarine, oats, walnuts, and cinnamon together in a bowl. Sprinkle topping over the apples.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until topping is golden brown and apples are tender, about 30 minutes.
