- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup water
- Whisk tomato paste, melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, mayonnaise, sugar, cayenne pepper, and water together until smooth. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
