- 1 cup grated 2% sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated 2% Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons pimento peppers, smashed, or more to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 dash hot sauce (such as Tabasco®), or more to taste (optional)
- 1 pinch paprika, or to taste (optional)
- Combine Cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, mayonnaise, yogurt, pimento peppers, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, hot sauce, and paprika in a bowl. Mix until well blended. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate, 8 hours to overnight, before serving.
