- 4 mangos - peeled, seeded and diced
- 4 avocados - peeled, pitted and diced
- 2 tablespoons minced red onion
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- Toss together the mango, avocado, onion, lime juice, and curry powder in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
