- 4 teaspoons white sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, or more to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon prepared horseradish, or more to taste
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- Blend oil, egg, white sugar, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, salt, and black pepper in a blender until dressing is smooth. Refrigerate until chilled, at least 2 hours to overnight.
