- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Archer Farms™ ancho chile powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Archer Farms™ ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 (14 ounce) packages Just Bare™ Chicken Breast Fillets, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 large white onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red, orange or yellow bell pepper (or more as needed), cut into 1-inch pieces
- 12 (12-inch) skewers*
- Lime wedges
- Fresh cilantro
- Mix juices, oil and spices in large plastic food storage bag. Add chicken cubes; seal bag. Massage bag to coat chicken. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight to marinate.
- Heat grill. Thread chicken, onion and bell peppers onto skewers. Grill about 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through, turning as needed for even browning.
- Serve with squeeze of fresh lime and garnish with cilantro.
