- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 (16 ounce) cans chili beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can peeled and diced tomatoes
- 11 1/2 fluid ounces tomato juice
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles
- 1 (1.25 ounce) package chili seasoning mix
- Cook ground beef and onion until done.
- In slow cooker or Dutch oven add all ingredients together. Simmer several hours.
