Ingredients

  • 1 (6 ounce) container nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, or to taste
  • stevia powder, to taste
  • 1 apple, cored and cut into chunks


Directions

  1. Stir yogurt, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and stevia together in a small bowl. Add apples and toss to coat. Refrigerate for about 5 minutes before serving.
