Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 1 pound maple-smoked bacon, or more to taste


Directions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-low heat.
  2. Mix cinnamon and sugar together in a bowl. Coat both sides of each bacon slice with cinnamon-sugar.
  3. Place bacon in the hot skillet and cook, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, 6 to 8 minutes. Drain the bacon slices on paper towels.
