- 2 pears, quartered and cores removed
- 1 banana, cut in chunks
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- Place the pears, banana, milk, yogurt, cinnamon, and nutmeg into a blender. Cover, and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses to serve.
