- 2 large cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/2 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- Place cucumbers into a salad bowl and combine with sour cream, green onion, dill, kosher salt, and pepper. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate salad for 30 minutes before serving.
