- 3 tablespoons ground sage
- 3 tablespoons lemon pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 4 pounds pork spareribs
- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Mix the sage, lemon pepper, rosemary, garlic powder, thyme, and black pepper in a small bowl. Rub mixture onto the spareribs. Arrange ribs on a large baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until very tender, about 2 hours.
