Easy Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fat-free plain Greek-style yogurt (such as Fage® 0%)
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 cucumber, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • salt to taste


Directions

  1. Mix yogurt, cucumber, garlic, parsley, and salt together in a bowl. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 hour. Stir before serving.
