- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 English muffins, toasted
- 10 fresh basil leaves
- 8 ounces Galbani® Mozzarella Fresca™, sliced
- 2 slices tomato
- 2 poached eggs
- 4 tablespoons prepared hollandaise sauce
- Chopped fresh chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter the muffins, top with the fresh basil, add some Galbani(R) Mozzarella Fresca(TM) slices and a slice of tomato. Add the poached egg.
- Drizzle with hollandaise, add some chives, add salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
