Ingredients

  • 6 large potatoes, cubed
  • 1/2 cup butter, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 1/4 (2 pound) loaf processed cheese, cubed


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a 9x13 inch casserole dish combine potatoes, butter, garlic salt and pepper.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in processed cheese and stir to melt.
