Ingredients

  • 4 red grapefruits, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 4 navel oranges, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 4 kiwifruits, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces, or more to taste
  • 2 Granny Smith apples - peeled, cored, and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 pomegranate, seeded
  • 1 lime
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint


Directions

  1. Combine grapefruits, oranges, kiwifruits, apples, and pineapple in a large bowl. Mix in pomegranate seeds. Zest and juice lime over the salad. Sprinkle mint on top; mix once more. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
