- 1 (4 ounce) package Idahoan® Bacon & Cheddar Chipotle Flavored Mashed Potatoes
- 1 (16 ounce) jar HERDEZ® Casera medium salsa
- 1 (4 ounce) can mild chopped green chilies
- 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
- Chopped cilantro
- Black olives
- Mix dry Idahoan mashed potatoes with salsa, chilies and sour cream.
- Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with cilantro and black olives. Serve with corn chips.
