Lebanese Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can fava beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (15.5 ounce) can white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup chopped flat leaf parsley, or more to taste
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste


Directions

  1. Mix fava beans, chickpeas, white beans, parsley, olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice together in a bowl. Season with kosher salt and black pepper. Chill and marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
