1 cucumber - peeled, seeded, and sliced
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup plain yogurt
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons minced fresh mint
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley

Place cucumber and strawberries in a bowl. Mix yogurt, garlic, mint, and parsley together in a separate bowl; pour over cucumber and strawberries. Stir to combine. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
