- 2 cups olive oil
- 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
- 1 pinch crushed red pepper
- In a medium bowl, mix together olive oil, coarsely ground black pepper, basil, coarse sea salt and red pepper. Cover and refrigerate the mixture. Allow it to sit approximately 1 hour before serving.
