- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup cashews
- Process dates, raisins, and cashews in a food processor until desired consistency is reached. Scoop mixture onto a sheet of waxed paper and form into a square using the paper to help shape it. Cut into 10 bars.
