- 1 1/2 cups warm milk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons molasses
- 2 1/2 cups bread flour
- 1 cup rye flour
- 1/3 cup cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- Place ingredients into the bread machine in order suggested by the manufacturer.
- Use the Light Crust or Whole Wheat settings. Start the machine.
