- 1 pound boneless chicken thighs, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos soy-free seasoning sauce
- 1/4 cup low-calorie natural sweetener (such as Swerve®)
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- Heat oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken pieces; season with salt and pepper. Cook until crispy and golden, about 5 minutes.
- Combine coconut aminos and sweetener in a bowl; whisk well until fully dissolved. Pour over chicken; simmer over low heat until sauce has thickened, about 7 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
