- 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1/2 bunch fresh dill, chopped
- 4 cups cubed zucchini
- 2 green onions, trimmed and finely sliced
- Combine vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl; stir in dill. Add zucchini and green onions and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. Mix before serving.
