- 4 tomatoes, diced
- 2 mangos - peeled, seeded, and diced
- 2 avocados - peeled, pitted, and diced
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
- Mix tomatoes, mangos, avocados, cilantro, jalapeno pepper, and garlic together in a bowl. Stir red onion, lime juice, olive oil, and sea salt into the tomato mixture.
- Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
