- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/4 cup steak sauce, or more to taste
- 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
- 10 skewers, or as needed
- Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Stir ground beef, steak sauce, and onion soup mix together in a bowl until well combined. Roll small handfuls of beef mixture into hot dog shapes, 4- to 5-inches in length. Push skewers through lengthwise.
- Place skewers on preheated grill and cook about 4 minutes. Flip skewers and continue cooking until centers reach an internal temperature of at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
