- 3/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 habanero pepper, seeded and minced (use gloves)
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh sage
- 3 rosemary sprigs, stripped and chopped
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
- Pour the wine and olive oil into a mixing bowl. Add the minced habanero pepper, garlic, parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme; whisk until evenly blended.
