Spiderweb Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 4 (8 inch) whole grain tortillas
  • 2/3 cup pizza sauce
  • 6 sticks mozzarella string cheese
  • Sliced black olives


Directions

  1. On the lowest rack of the oven, place a pizza stone. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Over each tortilla, spread pizza sauce. Pull string cheese apart into strips and arrange to form a spiderweb on top of the pizza sauce on each tortilla.
  3. From a flat baking sheet, slide a pizza onto hot pizza stone. Bake 3 to 5 minutes or until edges of the tortillas are golden brown and cheese is melted. With a wide spatula, remove from the pizza stone. Repeat with remaining pizzas.
  4. Before serving, use olives to create spiders on the web.
