- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dry sherry
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt, or to taste
- 4 ounces crumbled blue cheese (such as Maytag®)
- Stir mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, lemon juice, sherry, and garlic salt together in a bowl. Fold blue cheese through the mixture.
- Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 hours.
