- 1 pint fresh mushrooms
- 2 ounces chopped walnuts
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 2 teaspoons tahini
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 warm pita bread rounds
- Finely chop mushrooms in a food processor or blender; transfer to a bowl. Mix walnuts, mayonnaise, garlic, tahini, salt, and pepper with the mushrooms until evenly combined. Serve dip alongside pita bread.
