Ingredients

  • 3 avocados - peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 bunch green onions, sliced
  • 1 pomegranate, peeled and seeds separated
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro paste
  • salt to taste

  1. Stir avocado, cucumber, green onions, pomegranate seeds, lime juice, and cilantro paste together in a bowl. Season with salt.
