- 2 small Red Delicious apples, cored and diced
- 1 avocado - peeled, pitted and diced
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 3 tablespoons nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- Toss together the apple, avocado, coconut and almonds in a bowl. Stir together the yogurt and honey in a separate bowl; pour over the apple mixture and stir to coat. Add the blueberries and mix to combine.
