- 2 cups frozen cranberries, thawed
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 6 tablespoons honey
- 1 1/2 tablespoons tequila
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Triple Sec or other orange liqueur
- 4 fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves
- Place the cranberries in a blender; pulse until smooth; scrape into a bowl. Stir the lime juice, honey, tequila, Triple Sec, jalapeno peppers, and cilantro into the cranberries; cover and refrigerate overnight.
