Ingredients

  • 8 cups hot water
  • 2 cups pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup instant coffee granules
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • ice


Directions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Remove from heat and stir in maple syrup, coffee, and vanilla extract. Let cool briefly, then refrigerate 8 hours to overnight.
  2. Stir in heavy cream and serve in a punch bowl with lots of ice.
