- 1 (15.5 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2/3 cup plain non-fat yogurt
- In a blender or food processor, blend garbanzo beans until smooth. Mix in garlic, salt, lemon juice and yogurt. Blend to desired consistency.
