Easy Chipotle Peach Barbeque Sauce

7 1/2 cups ketchup
2 1/2 cups molasses
2 1/2 cups peach preserves
2/3 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
2 1/2 teaspoons liquid smoke flavoring
4 dashes hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco®)
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Mix ketchup, molasses, peach preserves, vinegar, chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, liquid smoke flavoring, hot pepper sauce, salt, and pepper together in a bowl; store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
