Easy Honey Herbed Goat Cheese

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces goat cheese
  • 1 tablespoon shallot, minced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Aunt Sue’s® Raw & Unfiltered Honey, plus more to finish
  • 1 tablespoon creme fraiche (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives, plus optional chive batons to garnish
  • 1 teaspoon salt


Directions

  1. Fold all ingredients well to combine.
  2. Serve with toasted baguette and drizzle with Aunt Sue's® Raw & Unfiltered Honey.
  3. Garnish with chive batons if desired.
