- 2 seedless English cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Place cucumbers in a large bowl. Whisk vinegar, sugar, oil, soy sauce, and salt together in a separate bowl; pour over cucumbers. Stir to coat. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
