  • 4 scallions (green onions), chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 2 slices canned jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
  • salt to taste


Directions
