- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1 Red Delicious apple, cored and minced
- 1 1/2 stalks celery, chopped fine
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Combine red salmon and lemon juice in a glass bowl; mix well.
- Stir in golden raisins, apple, celery, mayonnaise, and crushed red pepper flakes; mix thoroughly.
